Transmission running rough at a certain speed. Figured I needed a new or rebuilt transmission. Problem was addressed quickly and determined that transmission was not the problem. The net result was that I spent less money than anticipated. All that and great customer service too, means that for other problems that they can fix, they'll get the work.
This location did excellent work on my transmission at a reasonable cost. They were friendly and accommodating and finished the job as promised.
***A NEW OWNER*** took over this past week. He and his wife are courteous, very hospitable, and have integrity. He even offered me a ride home. Honesty is the first thing I look for with a mechanic, and I believe this owner has it. They went the extra mile this morning on memorial weekend to replace my rear main seal, which included dropping my transmission out and reinstalling it, so I didn’t have to wait until Tuesday to get my car back. I believe you can trust this shop and I recommend these guys.
By far, the best experience we have every had having to get our car fixed!! Under new ownership and you feel the difference. These guys took care of us with the upmost generosity and respect and honesty and we truly do appreciate them! Words cannot express how Carl's compassion and guidance helped when I had to buy a transmission. Little did I know when I walked into his store an angel named Carl would turn out to be someone who helped me in numerous ways. Carl is a man who is innately kind and caring. He saw how upset I was and took the time not only to help me with my purchase, but he helped me see that things would be okay.
The store was clean, the cost of the transmission that he quoted me was as promised, and my car was ready earlier than promised.
While I appreciate your business and your ethics, I will return because of Carl.
GREAT JOB!!! Was excited to hear they work on all make and models vehicles, so I didn't have to bring my vehicle to the dealer ship, as I typically do. Had belts and oil changed out. The quote and work was done very quickly, so I was in and out. Very competitive prices!! Will be back for future repairs and maintenance. Thanks for the great job!

Great customer service. Got an oil change service on my vehicle and everything came out perfect. They put a oil sticker, reset my oil light, interior was clean. Unlike most mechanic shops they forget to do so. This one gets a 5 star in my book

LOVE this place because you can trust them! They communicate with their customers and explain why they may or may not need certain things, they have also helped me by stopping me from getting work done unnecessarily that other mechanics had recommended. Five stars.
Jay from the Humble location purchased the spring location. He and his staff were amazing. He came in took over and took care of my son’s car with exceptional service. He gave us his personal cell phone number and kept his word and was very honest. I appreciate his hard work and dedication. I highly recommend their services.
Michael & (most recently) Jay have been great! Brought in my 2005 Chevy Tahoe after my wheel FLEW off & I dropped the rear end. New differential, new rear axle, new pinion bearing, axel bearings & seals. Picked it up on Friday & it has been driving great. I have had ALL my work done at this AAMCO & will continue to do so.
